What will you do?
- Manage and grow relationships with Mid-Market accounts.
- Qualify leads and close deals.
- Work with internal teams to win sales.
- Use our sales playbook and resources to manage the sales process.
- Attend regular onsite meetings with prospects.
- Work towards achieving weekly KPIs.
- Proactively seek out and engage new potential customers (hunting mindset).
- Become an expert in our industry and technology.
- Drive upsells and expansions with current customers; support Customer Success with renewals.
- Participate in industry and our customer events.
- Provide weekly CRM forecasting and manage your pipeline.
- Engage with multiple levels of stakeholders at prospects.
What do we expect from you?
- Fluent in French (kill criteria!)
- Level of advanced English
- 2+ years of consistent achievement across both Business Development and Account Executive roles
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment is essential
- Proven experience with using a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value
- Ability to build business cases adapted to each prospectâs scenario
- Focus on helping customers/prospects solve their problems and achieve their goals
- A strong cultural fit with a team-oriented attitude, as well as intelligent and coachable
- Persuasive attitude and high negotiating and closing ability
- Proactivity and autonomy to achieve and exceed targets
- Highly disciplined in following a sales process, managing time, qualification rigour, and CRM management
