What are we building?

As our UX team and processes mature, we’re looking for an experienced senior designer to join our core team. You’ll drive cross-vertical efforts, ensure consistency, make complex processes more intuitive, and create user-friendly tools. You’ll also conduct research to better understand and address user pain points while mentoring fellow vertical product designers.

We believe excellent product design is essential for our success.

What will you do?

• Lead product design strategy to create seamless, impactful user experiences.

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to implementation, ensuring usability and business impact.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Drive usability testing and research, iterating based on user insights.

• Mentor designers and foster a strong design culture.

• Champion consistency and accessibility, contributing to design systems.

Who are we looking for?

• Senior-level experience in Product Design, UX/UI, and Interaction Design, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Strong product-thinking mindset, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Proficiency in Figma and design tools; experience with prototyping tools is a plus.

• Ability to articulate design decisions and drive alignment with stakeholders.

• Experience scaling products and collaborating with engineers on technical feasibility.

• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
