We are looking for an intern for our Customer Success Team, to work as a Customer Onboarding Engineer with our amazing LatAm team in our office in Florianópolis, Brazil.

What will you do?

Administrative tasks (equipment manuals, documentation development, among others)
Relationship and onboarding of new clients to the Infraspeak platform
Support work for Customer Success colleagues
Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new.

Who are we looking for

Academic background in Engineer areas: Mechanical, Electrical, and others
Great knowledge of English
Use Excel like a ninja 🥷🏽
Passion for teaching, and a positive attitude toward issues and challenges
Energy and enthusiasm for working with clients
Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality
Availability to regularly travels
Be a team member.
