What are we building?

Beyond solving a huge industry problem, the Infraspeak Network also drives our Product-Led Growth motion, enabling clients to collaborate through our platform with suppliers who are not yet Infraspeak users.

What will you do?

This PM will integrate our Network fleet, playing a key role in enhancing the relationship and communication between clients and suppliers using the Infraspeak platform!
The Infraspeak Network is one of our platform's core pillars and is growing at a fast pace. As such, this PM will be responsible for diving into our users' problems to create features from the ground up, improve and change existing capabilities, while keeping in mind all the stakeholders, personas and use cases within our platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and understanding customer feedback with empathy, being able to analyze the real impact on our clients' operations
  

• Balancing long-term product vision and business and market necessities
  

• Working on feature designs and specifications with the Design and Engineering teams.
  

• Collaborating with the Sales Enablement team to enable internal teams on new product features.
  

• Working with the Product Marketing team on GTM strategies, feature adoption and customer engagement.
  

• Supporting Engineering throughout development to anticipate challenges and needs.
  

• Analysing metrics to understand customer behaviour and product performance.
  

• Being creative, a problem-solver, and an advocate for the customer.
  

• Continuously learning and experimenting with new approaches.
  

• Speaking fluent English and being an enthusiastic team player.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking someone with previous experience as a product manager, or someone in a similar role. You should be a team player with a strong willingness to be impactful on our customers' daily lives. Be willing to use your awesome time management and prioritising skills for good by pragmatically solving real customer problems. Strong communication skills, customer focus and being able to have fun while delivering awesome products are essential.
Bonus points if you:

• Have a tech background in software development.
  

• Have previous leadership experience.
  

• Bring solid experience in international B2B and SaaS (but don’t worry if you don’t—we still want to meet you! 😜).
