What are we building?
We are scaling our Pre-Sales team at Infraspeak! 🚀
More than software, we build a collaborative platform that empowers our customers to design their own solutions — combining native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customisations, and IoT / hardware components.
In parallel, we continue expanding the scope of operations covered by our platform — from maintenance to energy management, from procurement to industrial operations… you name it.
We’ve done a lot already, but we’re still only 1% done 🙂
We’re now looking for a Pre-Sales & Onboarding Engineer focused on the French market, based in Barcelona, who enjoys operating at the intersection of solution design, sales, and early customer delivery, and who wants to see solutions succeed beyond the demo.
What will you do?
You will play a hybrid role, owning both pre-sales solutioning and early onboarding phases for strategic French customers.
On the pre-sales side, you will:
Own the solution design and demo flows for strategic prospects in the French market, using a value-driven mindset
Partner closely with Account Executives, translating business needs into a clear technical and operational vision
Design and demonstrate solutions leveraging Infraspeak’s full offering (apps, add-ons, integrations, customisations, APIs, IoT, etc.)
Build and deliver demos, POCs, and pilots tailored to different stakeholders and decision-makers
Act as a trusted technical advisor, managing executive-level relationships alongside the sales team
On the onboarding side, you will:
Support and own the early onboarding phase for new French customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
Validate assumptions made during pre-sales and adapt them to real operational environments
Help configure initial workflows, integrations, and platform structures to accelerate time-to-value
Work closely with Customer Success and Delivery teams, acting as the bridge between commercial commitments and implementation reality
Capture onboarding learnings to continuously improve demos, solution designs, and sales narratives
Across both dimensions, you will:
Collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery
Maintain strong expertise in solution design, industry trends, and SaaS best practices
Continuously learn, experiment, and iterate — growth is part of the role
Bring structured feedback from the French market to influence product and go-to-market decisions
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who blends technical strength, commercial awareness, and customer empathy, with:
Fluent French (excellent skills or near-native) and good Spanish or English communication skills
2–4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, and Solutions Engineering with Onboarding / Implementation expertise
Solid experience in international B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of IT systems, APIs, integrations, relational databases, and web technologies
Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, business-oriented language
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-selling environment
A hands-on mindset and real motivation to ensure customers succeed after the sale
Location & Market
Based in Barcelona
Working primarily with French customers and prospects
Travel to France for customer meetings, workshops, or events
