What are we building?
We are looking for a Brand Messaging Executive to help shape what Infraspeak talks about and how — across all channels, campaigns and initiatives. You'll write stories, actual copy, and messaging briefs to ensure consistency, clarity, and sharp positioning in everything we say.
As a Brand Messaging Executive, you’re responsible for crafting high-stakes copy, narrative briefs, and messaging documents that define how we communicate our value to the market. You’ll collaborate with the Strategic Marketing and Demand Generation departments to ensure our messaging resonates with the right people at the right time — and reflects our positioning, points of view and identity as a brand.
Ultimately, your job is to write compelling messages and make sure what we say is consistent across the board.
What will you do?
Write copy for campaigns, ads, social media, landing pages, emails, video scripts, and other formats.
Create messaging documents with clear key messages, supporting claims, proof points and other info to enable content creation by internal and external content creators.
Review and edit content produced by external partners.
Develop narratives for product launches, events and campaigns.
Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks across industries, personas, and funnel stages.
Support the creation of thought leadership content by shaping narrative angles and ghostwriting for internal experts and execs.
Audit content created across the company to ensure tone, positioning, and message alignment.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to better understand audience needs, pain points, and language.
Contribute to and maintain industry, buyer persona and product profiles, tone of voice guidelines and messaging frameworks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enforce messaging and voice consistency across all channels and assets.
Maintain swipe files, copywriting resources and tools (e.g. custom GPTs) to help scale messaging quality across teams.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, and other teams to identify content opportunities and validate messaging fit.
Work together with the Brand & Content team to shape Infraspeak’s brand identity, tone of voice, distinctiveness, and points of view.
Who are we looking for?
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a focus on conversion, strategic clarity and narrative impact.
Experience creating stories, campaign narratives, or value proposition documents.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams.
Attention to detail and consistency across tone, message, and structure.
Ability to turn abstract positioning ideas into clear, accessible language for different audiences.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to iterate with stakeholders.
Comfort with using AI tools like ChatGPT to accelerate idea development and draft content.
A good grasp of SEO, editorial best practices, and what makes content perform.
A strong sense of ownership over deadlines, delivery and consistency.
