What are we doing?
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic DevOps Engineer to inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You will contribute to technical projects, work closely with team members to solve complex problems, support the team's goals, and help maintain high engineering standards.
What will you do?
Lead the management, standardisation, and evolution of our infrastructure stack (AWS, Terraform, Docker) and core services (PHP, Kafka (MSK), PostgreSQL (RDS), Elasticache, S3, etc.)
Oversee and optimise our internal platforms, including Sentry, ElasticSearch, Wazuh, and GitLab pipelines, ensuring they serve the team effectively and efficiently
Architect and maintain a robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure with a strong focus on resilience and disaster recovery
Plan and execute the global expansion strategy by designing a replicable and scalable infrastructure enabling the company to expand its operations into new geographical markets
Manage security and compliance, ensuring all systems and processes meet industry and organisational standards
Foster and advocate for a strong DevOps culture across the organisation, mentoring team members and driving best practices
Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring new technologies, driving innovation, and evaluating tools that enhance our infrastructure and workflows
Who are we looking for?

- Capacity to find simple and smart solutions taking into account the problem, the time and the budget
- We value experience with AWS
- Experience in tools like Terraform, Ansible, Docker and pipelines (we use Gitlab)
