We are looking for an intern for our Customer Success Team, to work as a Customer Onboarding Engineer with our amazing LatAm team in our office in Florianópolis, Brazil.
What will you do?
- Administrative tasks (equipment manuals, documentation development, among others)
- Relationship and onboarding of new clients to the Infraspeak platform
- Support work for Customer Success colleagues
- Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new.
Who are we looking for
- Academic background in Engineer areas: Mechanical, Electrical, and others
- Great knowledge of English
- Use Excel like a ninja 🥷🏽
- Passion for teaching, and a positive attitude toward issues and challenges
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with clients
- Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Availability to regularly travels
- Be a team member.
