Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and organizational skills and, while not mandatory, we prefer candidates to have prior knowledge about maintenance operations in areas such as technical assistance and facility management.
Experience with maintenance and CRM software is also valued.
What will you do?
- Onboard new customers.
- Ensure maximum satisfaction and success of customers in your portfolio.
- Design and implement complex workflows for maintenance & procurement operations
- Help develop integrations between Infraspeak and other systems by playing a support role.
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities.
- Occasionally support sales teams with technical demos.
- Attend our annual customer events and any other necessary onsite customer meetings.
- Work closely with Delivery Management, Integrations & Product teams to enhance the quality of the implementation.
What do we expect from you?
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)
- 3rd language is a plus (French/German/Italian/Portuguese)
- Academic background in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, and Electric, among others (it's a plus!).
- Background in maintenance operations or operation management
- Capability in delivering high-quality implementations (Project management fundamentals are mandatory)
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Ninja at Microsoft Excel (VBA & SQL skills are a plus)
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers. Previous customer handling experiences are valued
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills, capacity for handling sensitive information
- Passion for teaching, building customer relations, and a positive attitude toward issues and challenges
- Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Availability to occasionally travel abroad
- Experience using maintenance management software is preferred, but not a requirement
- At least 3 years of experience with software implementation is highly valued
- Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new
