We are scaling our Delivery Management team at Infraspeak! 🚀
More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customisations and IoT/Hardware components.
In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial ops… You name it!).
We did a lot already, but we are only 1% done 🙂
So we are now looking for a Delivery Manager, located in Florianópolis, to help us enhance our project delivery capabilities and drive success across our Enterprise segment.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a driver, not a passenger. The Delivery Manager role at Infraspeak requires someone ready to steer the entire Enterprise organization toward success. You’ve likely worn many hats in your career, formally or informally, like working in a SaaS as an Account Manager/Executive, Customer Success Manager, and Project Manager. Today, you’re the result of all these experiences and a multifaceted go-to-market professional who is highly organised and excels in clear, effective communication.

Proven ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise projects, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.

A strong communicator, who can confidently manage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.

An assertive leader with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive decision-making, and keep projects on course through clear direction and strategic insight.

What will you do?
- You will lead with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that all teams are aligned and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will manage end-to-end B2B Enterprise SaaS implementation projects, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- You will coordinate across global teams and cultures, acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resources, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while keeping projects on time and within budget.

You will control scope and ensure that any scope changes are properly documented, communicated, and managed.
- You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect, optimize, and enhance their processes through feedback and retrospectives.
- You will communicate effectively in clear and concise language with all parties involved, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

You will manage risks proactively, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities, ensuring budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle, and driving effective change management for both internal and external project adjustments.
- You will maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded at every step.
- You will monitor KPIs, using data to drive decisions and ensure that projects stay on track and meet delivery quality standards.
- You will support project governance, including reporting on project status, KPIs, and key milestones.
