As the first person to interact with our outbound leads, you’ll need to make an amazing first impression, gain a deep understanding of their challenges and educate them on our platform.
The ideal candidate has prior sales development experience and is comfortable maintaining insightful conversations either by phone or email.

- Achieve and exceed your goals: phone calls, sales qualified leads, product demonstrations, etc.
- Know your data.
- Prior experience in Business Development – within a Tech/SaaS environment is a plus.
- Charisma, ambition and strong communication skills.
- Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new.
- Speak native Brazilian Portuguese and fluent English.

What will you do?
- Prospect potential customers to feed your pipeline of outbound leads.
- Make 60+ outbound phone calls each day.
- Nurture prospects all the way from lead generation to product demonstration.
- Learn each prospect's decision-making process.
- Identify prospect's challenges and pain points.
- Demonstrate Infraspeak's software as a specialist while addressing prospect's needs.
- Build trust through conversations with potential clients.
- Keep your pipeline and your data organized.
- Use our CRM and other sales development tools as a Ninja.
- Participate on meetings, workshops, and celebration parties!
