About the role
Our operation in the LatAm market is growing strongly and as our customer base grows, so does our local Customer Success team. With this growth comes the need to hire a Head of Customer Success to hire, train, retain, guide and lead our Customer Success Managers.
For that, we're looking for an experienced Customer Success leader to help us conquer the Latin American market.
What will you do?
- The role, reporting to Head of Success, will be responsible directly for the management and development of CSMs covering LatAm market.
- Build a Regional Strategy & align CS efforts with LATAM Regional Sales Manager.
- Improve the process, tools & tactics of the CS team to grow their impact on generating client success: growth & retention.
- Shadow & Analyse CS activities; ensuring the CSMs use best client management and upselling practices.
- Hire, onboard and develop the CS team and drive career growth.
- Deliver a World Class Experience.
- Speak fluent English and be a team member.
- Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new.
Who are we looking for?
- Solid experience in similar role
- Strategic mindset, able to clearly articulate and present a plan
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up
- Outstanding relationship management skills, curious, customer obsession and a consultative approach to sales
- Native Portuguese level and proficiency in English.
- Nice to have: Engineering Background
