What are we building?

We're currently scaling our team and operations, to take our global execution to the next level and penetrate new markets, hence the increased importance of having a highly skilled project manager dedicated to complex project execution management and delivery across the LatAm region. 

What will you do?

As Strategy & Operations Lead, you will lead large and impactful cross functional projects, as well as spearhead the execution of our strategic planning framework to ensure perfect alignment between operational plans and the company key priorities.

On a day-to-day basis, you will navigate from strategic thinking to hands-on project implementation in close collaboration with the Top Management, including:

• Driving high priority, complex, CEO sponsored projects and secure stakeholder and working team engagement and alignment up front.
• Implementing efficient and effective processes to drive annual and quarterly planning.
• Work closely with all teams to understand breakage points in day-to-day work and continuously problem solve through process improvements.
• Monitoring key performance metrics to ensure the company is on track to reach its targets. Proactively raise risks to achieving targets and roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• Academic degree with a strong quantitative foundation (Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting and/or a tech scaleup (SaaS is a plus);
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving change management;
• Combination of a solid analytical mindset with strong strategic acumen;
  
• Combination of a curious and creative mind with structured verbal and written communication;
  
• Tech Savviness;
• Fluency in English.
